TRANSPORT AND RETURN
The steps you need to follow are:
1. Call 0766933931/ send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the section "Order , history and details, you wil find the history of your previous and current orders, open the order for which you want to retur and leave us a message.
2. To change the product you will send us the properly packaged package, it will reach us, it is checked, we will send you the desired size / model within the stock limit in the warehouse. In the package you hand over to the courier, please put a note on which to write your phone number / order number to more easily identify your return.
3. The product must be properly packaged so as not to damage the product or its packaging when you return.
4. The quantitative and qualitative reception of the products is made i) at the buyer's premises or at his work points, in case the products are transported by the seller, or ii) at the seller's premises, when the buyer, at his option, presents himself for picking up them. After the reception, the buyer can no longer blame the seller for the apparent defects of the products. The Buyer may refuse to accept the products if they do not meet the legal conditions of sale, the quantities provided in the contract or order or delivery terms, notifying in writing to the Seller the reason for refusing the receipt, within 48 hours, otherwise they are considered accepted.
PACKAGES SENT BY RETURN WILL BE REFUSED IF THEY ARE NOT PACKAGED PROPERLY!!

To receive the money back we will send the courier to pick up the product / products from you or you can send it with any other courier. Packages with a refund other than 0 ron will not be accepted . In the package you hand over to the courier, please put a note on which to write your phone number / order number to more easily identify your return. To simplify the procedure, please write the IBAN account and the name of the account holder on this ticket.
- If you want to send the return products by our courier, the fee is 12.99 lei which will be added to the return invoice.

For the exchange of sizes, the transport fee is charged if it was not our fault (if the size of the product does not comply with the size guide).
We will be responsible for any deficiencies of the product. If for any reason the product is not received in perfect condition, contact us to return the item, and we will send you another one in the shortest time and at no additional cost to you.
We will not bear the shipping fees if you want to change the product with another model, on the grounds that you have changed your mind about the chosen model or you want to return the product and return the money. You can also opt for a refund, but no later than 14 days after receiving the order.
The "one size" clothing is a universal size, so in case of return of these products the transport will be borne by the customer (except for defective products).
The products on offer / discount may have small defects.
The products will be delivered within the available stock. If the stock is insufficient, we reserve the right not to deliver orders. When a product in your order is no longer in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible and you will decide if you want to replace the product or complete the order without this product. We will not send you similar products to replace an ordered product except with your consent.
The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the return only on the basis of a bank account.
The products have a 30-day warranty.
